Items that weigh less than one pound will generally be shipped via the USPS, while costumes and items weighing 2 pounds and over will generally be shipped via UPS.

RETURNS
You may return new, unworn, costumes within 14 days of delivery for a full refund! Returns should be pre-approved by Satin Stitches®, and items must be shipped back in perfect, unused condition, with the freight pre-paid.
EXCHANGES
Items may be exchanged, no questions asked, for a different size, style, or color. Any price differences will be charged / credited. Original item must be shipped back in perfect, unused condition, with the freight pre-paid. Shipping charges will apply to the replacement order.
COLOR VARIATIONS
If multiple garments are ordered at the same time, Satin Stitches® guarantees a color match. Satin Stitches® offers no guarantee for dye lots to match on orders placed separately. Color swatches viewed online may look different, for an exact color match, please contact Satin Stitches® to receive a complimentary fabric swatch.
