SHIPPING

Your costume will be cut and sewn specifically for you. Typical shipping of your costume is 3-5 business days from receipt of your order. Please call or email to see if faster turnaround time is possible.

Items that weigh less than one pound will generally be shipped via the USPS, while costumes and items weighing 2 pounds and over will generally be shipped via UPS.

Please call 763-323-9507 or 1-800-48SATIN for shipping rates for orders with a value above $500.00 and for any expedited shipping options and rates (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Central Time Zone, excluding Holidays).

RETURNS
You may return new, unworn, costumes within 14 days of delivery for a full refund! Returns should be pre-approved by Satin Stitches, and items must be shipped back in perfect, unused condition, with the freight pre-paid.

EXCHANGES
Items may be exchanged, no questions asked, for a different size, style, or color. Any price differences will be charged / credited. Original item must be shipped back in perfect, unused condition, with the freight pre-paid. Shipping charges will apply to the replacement order.

COLOR VARIATIONS
If multiple dresses are ordered at the same time, Satin Stitches guarantees a color match. Satin Stitches offers no guarantee for dye lots to match on orders placed separately.

Color swatches viewed online may look different, for an exact color match, please contact Satin Stitches to receive a complimentary fabric swatch.
