Fall is FAST APPROACHING… Do you have your new costumes and uniforms ordered yet? Don’t jeopardize your desired delivery by waiting too long to start the process! If you are ordering dance/pom/cheer uniforms, your turn-around time will begin our full, 13-weeks by mid-July. The clock starts ticking when you place your order with either a deposit or an official school purchase order. Sizes can be decided later, once your prototype is ready for you to critique. This is when we send you our generic Sizing Samples.
Show Choirs and Music Organization Concert Dress orders have a longer turn-around time. We are moving into the 15-week turn-around time in July and August, and longer for the rest of the calendar year. You will need to allow yourself plenty of time to work with our designers to create the perfect look for your team AND your budget. And YES, you will be working with our DESIGNERS, as the design is a very important part of our costumes and uniforms. Unlike companies that specialize in ‘customizing’, we specialize in actual unique, custom designed looks for each and every one of our clients. We don’t have anything ‘on the shelf’, as it is all designed and created just for you!

Our experienced DESIGN staff works to perfect your design…first on paper and then by seeing your ‘first in production’ prototype, after you place your order. YOU critique this prototype and together, with our design staff, determine if there are any adjustments that need to be made, for us to then produce your team’s custom look.
Please fill out our ‘FREE Team Costume & Sketch Estimate’ form, and we will work with you to make your ideas a reality. We try to complete your sketches within 5 business days, once we have all your information, so you can make your decision quickly.
Our Guaranteed Delivery Policy means that you NEVER have to worry that you won’t receive your outfits in time for your events! You can count on us to deliver.

Plan enough time for the design/sketching process (we promise a sketch with pricing within 5 business days from when we receive all your information).
Know how long it takes to procure an Official Purchase Order, Organizational Check or permission to use the 'company credit card'.
Do not assume 'someone' is mailing your check and/or paperwork for your order to us - make sure it gets done when you think it is getting done.
Do not count on snail mail. If needed, Overnight (with tracking) a deposit check - it could save you up to one week, when one week could be critical.
Realize that you DO NOT NEED SIZES to place your order, just the NUMBER of garments you are ordering.
We answer our phone calls and emails all during our 'regular' shop hours of 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (Central Time Zone) Monday-Friday.
If you are within driving distance, we highly recommend booking a design appointment with our professional performance costume designers, and when possible, we accept evening or Saturday morning appointments to accommodate your schedule.
