Step 1) You, the customer, ask yourself three important questions:

Step 2) Pick up the phone and dial 763-323-9507 or 1-800-48-SATIN (72846) or email us during our business hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Central Time.

Step 3) Someone from Customer Service will answer. Tell them you'd like to order custom designed team performance apparel from Satin Stitches®.

Step 4) Here's one of the scary steps! Our Customer Service person will grill you about your answers in Step 1. Don't worry! - They won't bite and this will give us (and maybe you) a much better idea of exactly what you want.

Step 5) We will ask you to send us something on paper that resembles what you're now considering to have custom designed: a picture, a sketch, a catalog page with changes, or even a stick figure with your best first grade rendition of your design. You will fax (a black & white sketch) to us at 763.427.5039 or email (a .jpg file) to us. You may download our body form sketch sheet.

Step 6) At this point, our fashion design team will look over what you sent. We will recommend whatever technical or artistic changes may be needed to make a workable, producable, dazzling high fashion design. You will receive a fully detailed sketch, with fabric & trim swatches, for your approval or disapproval, or with changes. You will also receive price options and discount opportunities at this time.

Step 7) You may order a sample PRIOR to placing your complete order IF TIME PERMITS. (There is a $200 SAMPLE FEE that will be credited to your order invoice once your order is placed.) OR as most of our customers do - place your order based on the sketch and the pricing options and discount opportunities which we provided. We always provide a “First in Production” sample after your order is placed.

Step 8) When your “First in Production” sample is ready, it will be sent to you for your approval. We will also send along our sizing samples in a similar silhouette, to try on your team to pick the sizes you need.

Step 9) Once you have reviewed the sample, discussed with us any needed changes and picked your sizes, you send everything back to us so we can get working on your order.

Step 10) Now for the FUN part! Sit back and sip an iced tea, knowing that your costumes will arrive when you expect them, and looking and fitting exactly as you imagined!
