July was THE MONTH!!!  So August is the… “OK, LET’S GET MOVING” MONTH!

Here at Satin Stitches, it is a HOT month for designing COOL costumes for your dance and cheer teams, show choirs, precision skating and ballroom dance groups! Don’t miss out on working with our talented designers to create unique, sensational sketches that can be created uniquely for YOUR performance team!

When you order in August, you are GUARANTEED by Satin Stitches, to have your costumes delivered in November (Except solo costumes, show choirs and concert groups which are guaranteed for December delivery.)

Our GUARANTEED delivery dates:

  • Dance/Pom/Cheer Teams: 13-weeks from order date to delivery date
  • Show Choirs: 17-weeks from order date to delivery date

You MUST allow enough up-front time for sketching and estimating (on our end) and debating (on your end) AHEAD of these ordering deadlines. And check out our Ordering Info Web Page with these schedules, possible discounts, size charts and lots of other pertinent information!

Our Web Store designs are available with our legendary Satin Stitches’ quality! AND available in our SHORT, MEDIUM, and LONG torso, sleeve and leg lengths for great fit - just like our custom styles! AND NOW COSTUMES FOR GUYS!

HOT Costume Care 'TIP OF THE MONTH'!

...REALLY HOT COSTUME ORDERING 'TIPS FOR OUR BUSY SEASON'!

  1. Fill out our Team Sketch/Estimate Contact Information Request Form 
  2. Know when you need delivery.
  3. Decide on a secondary choice for your delivery date.
  4. Plan enough time for the designing and sketching process (we promise a sketch within 5 business days of receiving all of your information).
  5. Know how long it takes to procure an Official Purchase Order, Organizational Check or permission to use the 'company credit card'.
  6. Do not assume 'someone' is mailing your check and/or paperwork to us - be sure to follow up and ensure it gets done when you think it is getting done.
  7. Do not count on snail mail. If needed, send the deposit check overnight (with tracking) - it could save you up to one week, when one week could be critical.
  8. Realize that you do not need SIZES in order to place your order! You simply need the NUMBER of garments you are ordering.
  9. We answer our phone calls and emails all during our 'regular' shop hours of 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (Central Time Zone) Monday-Friday.
  10. If you are within driving distance, we highly recommend booking a design appointment with our professional performance costume designers. When possible, we accept evening or Saturday morning appointments to accommodate your busy schedule.
