The seasons…they are a-changing…Plan now for your Fall and Winter competitive seasons. Be aware of what your drop-dead dates (guaranteed) are for delivery. Because Fall and Winter seasons are the busiest, remember to allow enough up-front, design time, in advance of when you plan to place your team order for timely delivery.

Check our drop-dead dates for Dance, Cheer and Pom teams or our drop-dead dates for Show Choir and Concert Dresses.

Some teams take only a week or two to decide on the specifics for their new custom costumes. But more generally, teams will need several weeks or longer to make all the design and fabric decisions.

GET STARTED by filling out our design/information form with all your information. Include your sketch or photo inspiration with this form. Please send a followup email with additional information that will help us to create a sketch for you to consider.

HOT Costume Care 'TIP OF THE MONTH'!

NOW is the perfect time to properly care for your costumes!  You have the power, right now to ensure their survival for next year, regardless of whether you will use them for your varsity or JV team or choose to sell them to another group!

The 7 "don'ts" for the end of your season:

  1. Don't lose track of your costumes! Be sure to get them back from all team members and have a system in place for keeping track of each garment!
  2. Don't store your costumes when they need repairs! You will likely forget which parts of certain costumes need to be repaired and, when it comes time to start your new season, you will have to go through the process all over again.
  3. Don't forget about missing parts! Assess what needs to be replaced and make note of it!
  4. Don't store your costumes when they are dirty! Stains will set in the longer they go unlaundered.
  5. Don't store your costumes when they are stinky! Unfortunately, no, costumes won't un-stink themselves.
  6. Don't store your costumes on hangers! Hangers can distort the shoulders of costumes, if you want your garments looking their best for years to come, avoid storing them on hangers.
  7. Don't store your costumes in airtight containers! Trust me, bad things can happen.
